ESCA Statement to the Industry
On behalf of the Exhibition Services & Contractors Association (ESCA) Board of Directors and all our member organizations, we denounce racial injustice in all its forms and stand in solidarity with the African American community in seeking solutions to systemic racism. We advocate for racial equality in our industry and our communities by seeking out and supporting peaceful and meaningful actions to create the change that is needed so that marginalized citizens can fully realize the right to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of George Floyd.
As was stated decades ago by Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King, Jr., “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.”
