Delays at Advanced Warehouses

I’m reaching out on behalf of a member who’s having some issues with the check-in and unloading process at Advanced Warehouses. They’ve been sending flooring materials across the country using LTL services, and even though they’ve been palletizing the flooring as requested, the check-in and unloading process at is taking much longer than expected – about 4-5 hours on average. This is causing increased shipping costs due to extended wait times for carriers.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced similar delays or issues with Advanced Warehouses in their regions? Any insights or experiences you can share would be really helpful.
