COVID-19 SURVEY
Employco USA is conducting a survey related to COVID-19 for businesses. You will be receiving a separate email invitation to participate from “jeisenhut@employco.com via SurveyMonkey” within the next hour.
This is completely voluntary. We will be sharing the overall results with everyone in a future follow-up email. All responses will remain anonymous , no company or contact names/information will be used.
The survey is only 6 questions, listed below, and should be quick to complete:
- Are you requiring your employees to wear a mask when they are working at a company facility?
- Are you requiring your employees to be vaccinated?
- Are you tracking if your employees have been vaccinated?
- What percentage of your office staff is work-from-home (WFH)?
- Which group do you find more productive: work-from-home (WFH) or in-office employees?
- Compared to pre-pandemic, do you anticipate long-term changes to your work-from-home (WFH) headcount?
All questions are in multiple choice format, nothing to fill-out, example below:
