We have been requested, by FEMA/ US Army Corps of Engineers, to develop a comprehensive plan to convert a convention center into an overflow “Alternative Care Facility”.
Has anyone out there done this already?
Or, are you currently engaged in this process?
Any advice on your experiences would be appreciated.
